In 2024, the Pembroke College College celebrated the 400th anniversary, and in 2025, we launched our most ambitious campaign for the future, and we sought to invest 100 million pounds in teaching, research, scholarships, our people and our property.

We are now looking for a new operations manager to join us at this important moment in our history. We are loyal to our historical purpose as we aim to be the preferred college in the greatest university in the world. Located on a beautiful historical site in the heart of Oxford, we have 55 colleagues and 670 students. We are an innovative college and an aspirational appearance with a very friendly community.

The operations manager, a major member of the college, will be responsible for daily management and long -term planning for operational teams. This role oversees a wide range of jobs, including food, accommodation, conferences and events, home management, porters and home interface. PostHolder will lead a strong team of departments managers, and will continue to enable and support them in their development. The Director of Operations will work closely with the college master, Barasar, Academic Director, Philo, operational employees and students, and enhances cooperative work through the college. PostHolder should ensure the provision of excellent and sustainable operating services that are in line with the academic task of the college and its values.

We are looking for an experienced operating leader with a busy record in managing multidisciplinary jobs and large teams. The successful candidate will be adaptive, flexible and committed to the college community. They will be able to gain confidence and confidence in the multiple electoral districts, whether inside the college or external. Operations Manager will help in providing our long -term strategy by contributing to the main committees and decision -making operations, supporting the strategic development of the college and securing the purpose of future generations.
