Role
We are looking for a deputy director with experience and thinking forward. As an experienced professional in human resources, you will be responsible for developing and handing over people who participate in service and consultations, supporting work goals through the practice of managing and developing effective individuals, ensuring the integration and practice of human resources and practice. The role model will lead to support the positive employee relationship climate and will be committed to the connection of operational excellence.
Candidate
Qualifying Mcip, you will be able to show the experience of senior human resources management within a complex organization and a busy record of work with representatives of employees in the public sector, including leadership in negotiating and consultation activity.
You will have experience in managing complex employment work and successfully using human resource analyzes to support the experience of planning and decision -making experience. Knowledge of job evaluation systems and the UK’s higher education environment is also required.
