We are now looking for an experienced business analyst with strong skills for project management and technical background. In this role, you will be responsible for translating work ideas into clear and detailed requirements, preparing technical specifications, and creating documents facing customers. You will work closely with the leaders of the development team, the Jira Working Traffic Management and support the entire life cycle of development for current projects. The situation also includes coordination of stakeholders, monitoring progress, and ensuring smooth delivery through initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Collecting, analyzing and documenting business requirements using best practices in the industry
• Translate work needs into user stories, specifications and process documents
• As a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring compatibility throughout the life cycle
• Road, accumulation, paintings and reporting maps to ensure the vision and monitoring of the project
• Coordination with development leaders for planning, setting priorities and tracking continuous work
• Monitor time tables, risks and consequences to ensure success in delivery

Experience and skills

• 5 years experience as a business analyst with project management responsibilities
• A strong knowledge of the requirements of the best practices and project delivery methods
• Strong communication skills and management of stakeholders
• Practical experience working with Jira Cloud and relevant cooperation tools
• The experience of working with graceful and waterfall environments
• Advanced level of English
