We are looking for a country manager who will play a pivotal role in the future of our company. The country manager will be responsible for overseeing all the company’s commercial operations and its management in Ukraine, including management of external relations, the final user comments, their support, development work, product launch, and corporate operations.

-The ideal candidate is a pioneer and will be enabled to build and develop our team in Ukraine and ensure that we offer global products and support for our final users.

– This role will be the face of our company in Ukraine and will be used as a model for expanding our international scope. We believe that the innovations that occur in Ukraine will greatly constitute the international market and UAS employment in the foreseeable future.

– This role will be cooperated through the company’s high leadership team, basic product teams, Ukrainian original equipment manufacturers, and other company providers based on the needs of our Ukrainian customers. The appropriate candidate will have shown leadership experience and is interested in the role of entrepreneurship in a fast -growing UAS technology company.

– This individual will present a report to the head of finance

Main responsibilities:

-Building relations and communicating effectively with senior leaders within the Ukrainian government, local partners and military users to understand the requirements, calling for our products, and ensuring effective publication to the maximum extent.

– Make a routine website visits with our customers and final users in Ukraine to assess the product accreditation, determine the suitability of the product to the ultimate user requirements, collect comments on system/features improvements, field maintenance management or error exploring and repairing them (with the help of support employees).

– Developing the goals of work in cooperation with the higher leadership and the position of the local rural team to achieve these goals.

Establishing an effective communication pipeline with the global engineering team to track, monitor and solve problems related to the field and applications for the Ukrainian published products.

Developing and implementing a strong product support plan, including building a team/employees as needed.

– Expected resources requirements, cooperative source, construction, and development of a local team of UAS developers worldwide, support employees, product managers, and logistical professionals.

– Partnership management in a cooperative manner, including work through schedule updates, identification of integration points, and potential risk transfer and dilution of the leadership of the higher company.

What we expect:

– More than 8 years of experience in progressive leadership roles in the technology company, preferably in UAS

– Show the ability to create problems creatively and think outside the box to obtain solutions

– The ability to engage and communicate effectively with senior leaders in business and government

– The ability to work with separate teams geographically and work independently based on limited guidelines to achieve the desired results

– The ability to develop strong knowledge of new products and understand the market trends

– Show the ability to build and lead the difference and motivate them effectively

– Written and written English and Ukrainian skills

Preparing and the ability to travel outside Ukraine as needed

What we expect:

Technical background or engineering knowledge, especially with defensive electronics and/or consumption

– Military experience

-A network and relations present in advance within the Ukrainian government and the Defense Foundation

– The familiarity with local Ukrainian laws and regulations
