This position is within the Consolidator ERC grant led by Professor Mayb Harding (the main investigator). “Rekindle Project” is a 5 -year comparative study that focuses on expanding the scope of experimental and theoretical understanding of the parent/child link and finding a new legal perception that works better for children and families. The project revolves mainly about the extent of the law related to human behavior and its form. To do this, Rekindle is developing a social, social, social method to appoint and analyze the legal regulation of the parents/child in 5 case study countries (Ireland, England, Poland, France and Sweden). The project is also looking for living experience in the normal and irregular legal situation through qualitative interviews with parents and other adults. Rekindle will host two international currencies to explore a different understanding of the parent/child’s relationship. In the final stage, Rekindle will use pre -techniques and focus groups to explore an alternative understanding of legal concepts.

PD1 salary range: 46,305 euros – 52,863 euros annually

Pd2 fixed salary: 54,307 euros annually

The appointment in the above range depends on qualifications and experience.
