? Job description: Studio and Marketing Coordinator
Summary of the situation:
We are a luxurious interior design studio (with an increasing brand for design training) looking for a coordinator and marketing of a high -regulatory organization visually to support daily studio operations, marketing efforts, and deliveries facing the customer. This is a hybrid role for a person who mixes creative intuition with logistical accuracy – which loves to support the talented design team in achieving magic.
This is not a design position-but it requires strong visual sensitivity, appreciation of beauty, details, and self-position. It will be a major support through marketing, business development, product offers, vendors coordination and studio installation.
Responsibilities:
??? Project support and studio
Help in collecting electronic mood panels (Canva, Revit, Photoshop, other tools of artificial intelligence)
Create a product selection papers in PowerPoint for customer shows that help designers
Help prepare RFQS, managing applications, and coordinating sellers communications project.
Installation documents collection: technical schedules, accessories lists, project assistant delivery plans
Attending facilities on the site to help the design team help the design team with magic advance!
? Marketing and developing new business
Manage and create content for newsletters (Design Studio & Coaching Brand)
Support to create social media content (Instagram, Pinterest, linked etc.)
Help in preparing marketing markets and proposals for new customer stadiums if necessary
Research and communication with the builders, architects and potential collaborators who support the efforts of the owners
Tracking and managing business development efforts
Earn bonuses for any customer introductions that turn into a paid work
? Studio operations
Maintaining time schedules and schedules for the project to support the project manager
Help with CRM updates and lead management
Help in tracking samples, delivery and organizing studio
Coordination of team documents and internal calendars
Qualifications:
2-5 years in marketing, coordination of the creative project, or studio operations
Strong visual and efficient visual skills with Canva, PowerPoint and Adobe tools
Written communication and excellent organizational skills
Solve proactive and directed problems towards the details with a possibility
Prepare to learn the new visual artificial intelligence tools while continuing to enter the market
Falf with luxury, design or lifestyle is a great plus
Site and schedule:
Our studio is located in Yardley, PA
This is a personal role mostly with some flexibility: 1-2 remote days per week depending on the studio calendar
compensation:
Salary range: $ 55,000 – $ 68,000 annually (depending on experience)
