About the role

Personnel lawyer will help review documents before submitting USCIS and conducting legal analysis in accordance with the directives provided by senior lawyers. There is no necessary immigration experience, as training in the types of cases will be provided on, but it is preferable to pay attention to the Immigration Law. The ideal candidate will be directed towards the goal, able to follow detailed instructions, and motives to help our customers obtain documents and stay united with their families. There is an opportunity for job growth and additional responsibilities with strong performance.

What will you do?

Basic jobs and responsibilities

1. Review the draft supplement responses according to the instructions of adult lawyers

2. Determine, track, and make the necessary adjustments before applying

3. Communication clearly with other team members regarding editing

4. Achieving daily goals in reviewing cases

5- Conducting legal research on the issues of the Immigration Law

The minimum education and expertise requirements (basic skills, knowledge and abilities)

1.

2. Human or family migration experience 1-2 years.

3. Supporter (Spanish English)

3. The ability to follow the detailed trends

4. Experience using the case management software system preferably

5. Efficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; You should be confident in treating digital documents (Dropbox, PDFS, online court systems).

6. Exceptional interest in detail – this role requires an accurate explanation for legal records.

7. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
