We are seeking a paid date and leadership qualifiers to be the first point of communication for our growing pipeline from the expected customers from paid ads and external communication.

you will:

• Rapid respond to the expected customers that were created by paid ads, confirming their reserved calls, and making a short qualified chat or call.

• Make a first organization call to understand the needs and make sure it is suitable before handing it over to the foundation of the closure.

• Manage and improve external communication, and work with a resource specialist who provides expected customers (including project details and contact information).

• Keep accurate records of communication and reserved calls to keep a healthy sales pipeline with an increase in ads.

This role is perfect for a very organized person, confident of the phone, and an excited to convert leading to qualified dates.

Main responsibilities

• Message and follow -up with new internal strands immediately after reservation.

• Holding short discovery calls (rehabilitation calls).

• Coordination with the founder to schedule the second calls for qualified horizons.

• Make awareness campaigns on LinkedIn, Telegram and X (Twitter) and email.

• Tracking measures such as the rate of display, rehabilitation rate, and reservation volume.

• Previous experience as a date leader, SDR (sales development representative), or lead qualifications are very favorite.

• Excellent English communication and personal skills.

• Comfortable with CRM tools and messaging platforms.

• High response and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
