The Quadram Institute is a modern facility of 75 million pounds dedicated to improving human health by detecting how food, bowel biology, microbes and microbium affects diseases and healthy life. The two strategic programs for the Kadram Institute, food, microbium, health, microbes and food safety, unifying scientists, doctors and industry partners to face urgent challenges at the intersection of food science, biology, intestinal biology, microbiology and human health. Based on Norwich Research Park, the institute benefits from a global biological science group and a wide network of national and international collaborators to translate basic discoveries into concrete benefits for patients, consumers and society.

The Kawazram Institute of Biological Sciences (QIB) is currently vacant for the chief scientific official to join a vibrant society devoted to enhancing science and improving health around the world.

Senior Scientific officials (CSO) is pivotal in developing the scientific strategy of the Institute and the scientific leadership of QIB. Civil society organizations will be a scientific leader with great respect that can provide a scientific trend, leadership and clear management.

The postal holder will continue to lead their research group against the agreed search results while working closely with the QIB manager and as a member of the QIB board to develop planning and implement the scientific strategy.

The ideal filter:

The ideal candidate will have a great experience as a successful leader of the group and will be a model for excellence in scientific leadership. They will work cooperative, support and communicate with colleagues throughout the institute, internal and external stakeholders and the QIB Council.

They will have an excellent post, along with a clear international recognition in the fields of science related to the institute’s vision. Cooperation in our essence, and we appreciate partnerships with scientists at our institute, throughout the United Kingdom, globally, as well as with industry and government. Candidates have already have strong cooperation, a clear vision of cooperative research, and experience in developing and maintaining stakeholders and constantly successful to determine opportunities and risks.

The basic condition is a doctorate related to one of our research topics of food, microbium, health, microbes and food safety.
