Summary of job duties: responsible for helping the main coach in managing and managing the effective and effective baseball program. Powerful reports to the baseball coach.

Qualifications: the required education and/or practical experience: The minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and the previous experience of training of baseball.

Duties and responsibilities of basic jobs: responsible for all aspects of practice and preparing the game as directed by the main coach

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of game day operations. Coordination of all travel operations. Manage all administrative duties of the program.

Help in employing players by identifying and evaluating talents, and communicating with potential students athletes. Coordination with the relevant departments of campus visits.

Field maintenance duties.

Responsible for academic supervision of players and communicating with the academic advisor and a representative of the Sports College. Helping academic accountability for athlete students with measurable results available.

Responsible for building good relations with players, faculty, employees, donors and society. Monitor possible disciplinary positions, as a communication between players and the main coach.

Game movie coordinator. The collapse and analysis of the game/Training on education sessions for the main coach and for the athlete student

Helping to schedule coordination and coordination practices with the opposition teams to oversee the day of the game.

Responsible for sports student development projects. For example: meetings to invest in the comprehensive environment to prepare sports students for success and accountability. Providing resources outside the field training and teaching on the day of the game.

Supervision and creation of all social media content for all social media platforms for baseball.

Other duties and responsibilities of work: other duties as appointed.

Responsible for maintaining a positive action atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a way to enhance teamwork and provide leadership for subordinates. The consistent presence requires on time.

Knowledge, skills and capabilities: Successfully performing the job, the following competencies are required for the basic functions of this position:

Knowing all aspects of the baseball game.

Athletics -related university policies, baseball programs in the second section, MIA conference rules, and NCAA rules and regulations

Successful completion of NCAA coaches units

Labor Relations: Working in a dynamic team of faculty, employees and diverse students in a rapidly pace group environment. Repeated contact with reinforcements and employees, including agencies, other and public institutions.

Dimensions of Special Job: Work is mainly implemented in an external environment. Repeated travel and the required extended hours. Coaches may be called to help collect donations for the sports department and provide employees’ support for other sports programs during their seasons. The required valid driver’s license.
