Researcher/Fellow (FTC) at the University of Nottingham
location: Park University
The Nottingham Transportation Cense (NTEC) is looking for a full -time researcher/researcher in a full -time mode in high -resolution bitumen chemical descriptions for 8 months. This role provides an exciting opportunity to cooperate with the internationally recognized academic team in NTEC in many projects that focus on developing and evaluating the laboratory for future paving materials. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in developing new research methods, expanding their research portfolio and contributing to the development of bitumen and asphalt technology. By working closely with industry and agency partners, the role holder will ensure that the search results affect future developments and wide use.
In this capacity, a colleague/ colleague researcher is expected to prepare high -quality search outputs and grant proposals, including publications in leading magazines and other relevant platforms. Candidates should hold a doctorate (or equivalent) in chemistry, chemical engineering, material engineering, or a close field from a university leadership. Advanced knowledge of bitumen chemists is very desirable.
This is full -time, FTC position.
