Researcher – Edi at Sheffield University
We have an exciting opportunity at the College of Psychology for an enthusiastic researcher assistant.
We are looking for a graduate of psychology to support work on equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) via a doctorate in the Clinical Psychology Training Program. This post is to develop work as a priority by England Health Education.
The basic responsibilities of Postholder are support for EDI leadership of the Clinical Psychology Training Program and will include the development and evaluation of the program’s initiatives, such as the guidance program for applicants who suffer from ethnic minorities, curriculum review, communication with society, changes in the selection process, and training the supervisor. This will include a close contact with local NHS boxes, university colleagues and other interests in the program (such as trainees, experts through experience, service users and care providers).
