About the role

It will work with a research team in a study funded by Nihr, which is looking for a reason that some international medical graduates become doctors or GPS, while others do not, using a realistic approach (SuP IMG Study, Nihr 163631). You will be responsible for conducting a secondary data analysis, which was held at the UK Medical Education Database (UK) using logistical slope, survival analysis, and writing the results of publishing in the corporate review magazine.

This is an ideal opportunity for an excellent search colleague, keen to work in a supportive context that enables you to achieve a change in the development of the workforce for health care, and take the next step in your profession. You will be actively supported to develop your own research career while working with us.

You will become part of cooperation for the progress of the Medical Education Research Group (camera). The camera is a welcome and growing research group that addresses the problems of national and international importance in training, preserving and repairing the workforce.

This is a full -time 37 -hour position a week based on the specified period until January 2027 due to financing.

For this role, you will need to be at the site for at least one day a week. Although we can accommodate hybrid work, it is expected that flexibility is on the site depending on the work needs.

A successful candidate may be asked to obtain an ATAS certificate before conducting this research.
