Post -PhD researcher in modeling carbon dioxide reduction at Oxford University
About the role
Applications are invited2 The reduction, to work under the supervision of Professor Michel Steamakis for up to 12 months in the first place, with the possibility of extension, according to financing.
The project requires the development of the Monte Carlo Mark (KMC) framework to simulate optical stimulation reactions, and its application to CO2 Recycling and funded by the European Commission.

About you
Applicants must obtain a doctorate in chemistry, physics, engineering, or the field of relevant subject (Or you are about to finish) Before taking the date. Research requires experience in developing the statistical mechanics method, with a special focus on Monte Carlo’s kinetic curricula, and in software development, including release control (GIT or the like). Experience Ab initio Roads and electronic cases are excited.
Your academic activities and administrative activities are expected to run. This includes small project management, to coordinate multiple aspects of work to fulfill the final dates.
The publication will be placed in the chemistry department and the physical and theoretical chemical laboratory and is available from November 2025.
