University College Cork wants to appoint an academic for the role lecturer In agricultural economics. This position is jointly funded by Teaagasc provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the expanded diet research community and play an active role in developing and connecting teaching programs in the field of agriculture and food works.

the lecturer In agricultural economics A busy record will appear to contribute to research and education in the field of agricultural economy and agricultural business. The candidates will be successfully published in the international standing magazines and showed clear potential to do so (the publications in the 3 and 4 -star magazines are preferred by the Public Business Faculties Association). Candidates who have experience in teaching and researching agricultural economics, agricultural work and farm management are invited to progress. A successful candidate will have a capacity to contribute to multidisciplinary research teams. Candidates will also show their experience and/or their potential to provide high -quality teaching through university education levels and graduate studies. A successful candidate will actively support and enhance their research portfolio, with a special focus on farm management and agricultural business. Cooperative research opportunities will be encouraged and facilitated with Teaagasc. Candidates must explain how their research can contribute to one or more future decades of the University of California or the new strategic research center proposed in the school stationed on the future of work and economies.
