summary

This position will support the main commercial activities of League Soccer through partnership with and providing legal advisor for care, consumer products, club performance teams inside the main football and member clubs.

Responsibilities

• Dodellers, review and negotiation on sponsorship agreements and related commercial agreements with MLS and Soccer United Marketing partners
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating the licensing and licensing agreements related to consumer products, including shirts, goods and digital products
• Partner with the club’s performance team to review and provide instructions on MLS and other MLS Club commercial transactions
• Preparing, managing and interpreting policies related to commercial opportunities MLS Club and ensuring a fixed application of those policies
• Providing guidance and support for the MLS charitable arm through the structure and documentation of joint projects agreements and other charitable endeavors
• Work through functional management, while providing legal, creative and creative guidelines

Additional responsibilities

• Performing private projects and other tasks as required

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a pioneering law company and/or legal department for companies with relevant experience; Experience with sports, entertainment or brand for consumer products, please

Major LEGUE SOCCER offers a $ 160,000 competitive salary – $ 185,000, based on individual qualifications, market financial data, and operational business needs.
