About the role:

As a great researcher of users, be part of the functional team engineering experiences tomorrow.

We are looking for a major user researcher to join our team to help form products and services that solve real problems for real people. It will provide strong research skills, which are a experimental, but strict mentality, to direct the product and companies teams in building influential products.

Responsibilities:

• User research on the project: From the opportunities to discover through planning, employing the user and implementation, to help the team include a look at the product
• Prepare and manage the user’s research process during the discovery and delivery of the project, which ensures that it is smoothly fits within the progressive workflow
• Conducting different types of research, depending on the context: exploration, evaluation, evaluation, quantity and quality
• Cooperation with the broader user research team to enhance practice: contribute to instructions, knowledge housing, and support for people who search
• Consult the introductory teams on the user’s research methods for possible new projects, if necessary

requirements:

• Good knowledge of the user’s basic research methods and is able to implement it independently; This is the minimum expectations for this role before we look at advanced skills
• Experimental mentality with rigor: You are comfortable with trying new tools and methods, knowing the true value of the user’s research and inclusion
• Experience installed in evaluation and concepts of early products and verify their validity with different ways, not just interviews

• Experience with the recruitment of participants to search

• A strong feeling of ownership and drive to move forward without waiting to be asked. You flourish in the minimum direction: we will support you, but we want you to be the things that move things forward
• Star communication: providing advice, negotiation and cooperation effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Ble to connect points and create convincing accounts led by evidence that affect the way the stakeholders think, build sympathy for customers and direct the product decisions
• Strong in managing priorities and final dates: ready to stay organized and adaptive when things become busy or change the direction
• Good in the tools that simplify research: maze, compatibility or tools similar to synthesis, warehouses, unknown tests, etc.
• 4+ years of practical experience in an independent independent research role
