This is a role in the communication center for beginners mainly responsible for collecting the debts referred to to CCU from various Maryland state agencies. The main duties include the size of the daily calls in CCU, the connection of the debtors over the phone, the communication with the debtors personally or via e -mail when necessary. Please note that this position requires mandatory training period for two weeks in the office, and asks employees to work for a period of not less than two days a week in the office. Please note that training requirements are subject to change. This is the position of a special date that works with the pleasure of the appointment authority.
