The Maryland Historical Trust (MHT), an agency at the Ministry of Planning in Maryland, seeks to employ permanent reasons and juvenile safety technicians of Cefferson Patterson Park and the JPPM museum. JPPM is located on 560 acres of picturesque views along the Batotten River in Calvir County, Maryland, and dates back to more than 65 archaeological sites, more than 30 buildings, historical structures, and an archaeological preservation laboratory in Maryland.

Power duties
Land and Events Safety Technician works as a main factor, and helps the maintenance supervisor in setting the daily tasks of employees to ensure the completion of the facility management and reasons in Jefferson Patterson Park (JPPM) properly, safely, and on time. This position assumes the responsibilities of the IV main maintenance or maintenance supervisor in their absence (s). They are responsible for monitoring facilities during daily operations, rents and events to ensure JPPM policies. As part of their regular duties, they make maintenance and repairs on buildings, causes, tools, equipment, vehicles and tractors. It oversees the readings of daily equipment, performs scheduled preventive maintenance, providing maintenance reasons and services to the guard for the areas of offices, public buildings, toilets, and picnic areas in JPPM. This position provides support at the facility level in all areas mentioned above in order to allow JPPM employees to an adequate and safe work environment through which you can meet the MDP and JPPM mission.
The duties of the situation include, but not limited to:
- The main factor of the causes and maintenance of the facility: The supervisor helps maintenance in causes and facilities.
- Land maintenance: The land is supervised by JPPM (560 acres) through 560 acres) by cutting, clearing and area.
- Events monitoring: The wing, the Mac meeting room, and other places during the events while the tenants use the accompanying.
- Safety Monitoring: He is still in communicating with and opening to receive communications from the garden employees.
- Guard services: Responsible for time tables, and coordination of building cleaning for each building located in the park.
- Building maintenance: Routine maintenance and repair of all buildings.

- Other maintenance duties related to the facility: For example, but not limited to filling weekly work lines and other papers as required.
The minimum qualifications
expertise: Four years of experience in performing skilled business, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, Locksmith, Masonry, Painting or Welding.
Note:
1. Candidates can replace additional years of experience for the required education on an annual basis.
2. Candidates can replace military expertise in the American armed forces in the rank of high/trivial or higher officer, as a non -delegated officer in facilities categories or symbols of mechanical maintenance management in repairing facilities systems, on an annual basis for the required experience.
Selective qualifications
One year of experience in supporting special planning, management or private implementation that includes the participation of customers or stakeholders.

Licensing, recordings and certificates
1. Employees can be set in this classification duties that require a car operation. The appointed employees will be asked for such duties to have a valid car operator license in Maryland.
2. The employees in this classification must perform electrical work and are appointed to the facilities that stipulate that the licensed electricity owns a current license as a major electrical or another appropriate electrical license from a local board of directors or from the Maryland State Board, 500 N. Calver Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202-3651.
3. Employees in this classification who perform the work must have a Maryland Journeyman/Gas Fitter.
