Cambridge Zero has an exciting opportunity as part of our communications and participation team, to help provide more than 20 different types of events, including round table warehouses, seminars, general participation days, activities facing students, and more, and a goal to promote work throughout the university to solve the climate crisis.

Do you have experience in:

• Manage, planning and presenting events?
• The use of social media to help enhance the event?
• Using design tools to produce event materials?

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the successful events of all events via Cambridge zero from pregnancy to implementation and evaluation.

In addition to ensuring the management of all operations and practices related to the event effectively, you will develop and improve internal systems and procedures, and seek to improve continuous improvements and increase efficiency through our portfolio of events, in addition to proposing new events and participation.

Cambridge Zero is to increase the contribution of Cambridge University to achieving a flexible and sustainable world.

We do this by empowering, integrating and accelerating climate activities related to education, research and innovation.

We are working in the role of coordination and support through the full academic life cycle; Connecting, contracting and involving the full breadth of the Great University community (i.e. the university, colleges and related institutions).

By disposing of close cooperation and partnership with a wide range of university jobs, we help integrate, enhance and accelerate climate activities.
