A little about our team:

Since the A&R crossing, business and financing affairs, the A&R administration oversees the registration process from the work perspective. This includes managing all A&R budgets and dealing with related logistics services. Here you will reach:
• Coordination of registration sessions, operations payments to record costs, collect credits, writer words and information, and publishing details to ensure the main delivery in time and accurate.
• A & R financial management, monitoring expenses, and cooperation with the financing team to maintain projects within financial parameters; Providing cash flow predictions and actual operations for corporate financing.
• SAP/Ariba Administration for Registration and Project Expenses, including creating financial definition data for all projects.
• Pay the video costs and issue key permits for the production of music video.
• Format connecting all audio products between A&R, production and studios.
• Supervising the administration and compliance with the legal contracts and documents of the producer, mixer and distinguished artist. Coordination to receive all contracts to the ownership team.
• Maintaining databases and updating them for artists ’contracts, project assets, and industrial contacts.

About you:
• Managing a large list consisting of a variety of different projects, evaluating the specific needs of each project and setting priorities accordingly.
• Treating the budgets actually and possessing strong analytical skills.
• Reviewing and understanding legal contracts and being comfortable to support legal standards.
• Show the skills of solving pre -emptive problems by expecting and spenting the skill.
