Join our leading group in the world, The Escience Lab (EscienceAlb.org.uk) at Manchester University, where innovation meets an influence in data -based life science research. We are looking for a talented and eager research colleague to lead work in the Trevolution project-an exciting Dare UK initiative that focuses on the progress of trusted search environments (TRES) for multi-site healthy data analyzes that support artificial intelligence.

Working under the supervision of Dr. Stian Toipand-RYES and closely cooperating with the teams Dr. Carroll Goel and multidisciplinary teams throughout the United Kingdom, will lead to descriptive data structure and develop advanced technologies using RO-CRATE, natural language processing, and industrial data. As owners of the first product of the Ro-Crate definition data, it will operate through six early adopted teams, direct technical development and formation strategy.

What will you do:

  • Driving research on healthy information that relies on descriptive data using RO-CRATE
  • Investigation of health verification mechanisms (such as SACL, Sparql), semantic plans and originality of origin
  • Cooperation in artificial data modeling and NLP technologies to support safe, reusable research practices
  • Support for the participation of stakeholders, training and ownership of products via uniform TRES
  • Establishing and raising descriptive networks, text mining principles and fair data principles
  • Contributing to the publications, providing financing offers and supervising students

You will have:

  • Doctorate degree, equivalent experience in life sciences or computing discipline.
  • Experience in the standards of descriptive data, ontology, and the architecture of data within the health research settings
  • A strong experience with Python/R for data processing, NLP and a semantic web technology.
  • The ability to translate the artistic methods of politics, health and academic masses.
  • Excellent organizational and cooperative skills through multidisciplinary teams.

Experience with European research networks or fair data practices is desirable. This is your chance to form the future of safe and developed safe research using sensitive healthy data.
