We are currently employing a development manager in Irvin. Development Director will generate revenues for a campaign to collect donations. This campaign includes us in Orange County and a distinctive stroke.
This position is located in the Empire Coachella Valley section (OIC) in Orange County, where the work is wherever it is more effective – in this field, at home and in our office in Irvin.
We have a fast -paced sales type with the main responsibility for revenue driving to support our mission. We offer a basic salary with the possibility of earning an incentive up to 25 % of your basic salaries. The potential incentive depends on achieving the goals and incentives of some revenues.

Responsibilities
Generating revenues by excavating and securing the care of local companies and individual donations. Achieving revenue goals by building and maintaining relationships with companies and donor partners.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential and donor companies by conducting research that is appropriate to the goals of the campaign and the mission of the association.
Developing and providing proposals and materials accompanying revenue and volunteer participation.
Recruitment and being responsible for the leadership of executives, volunteer committees, and volunteers on the day of the event.
Use the participation of the companies team in Heart Walk and motivate team members to collect donations.
Leading and involving new individual membership of our Cor’s Cor Society, in partnership with other donation collection employees. It includes planning and implementing regular participation events for members.
Planning and implementing events in cooperation with internal and external partners.
Work with the communications manager to support and enhance communications plans in the campaign.
Qualifications
3 years of relevant experience in collecting donations, sales, or other relevant experience
University certificate/college or equivalent experience
The ability to carry out daily local travel and some trips overnight as needed; It requires reliable transportation at all times on an immediate basis
The ability to lift and/or transfer large organisms (such as boxes) with the expected heavy elements to be divided into smaller components, or additional help may be needed before lifting and/or move
You must have at least basic knowledge and skill/efficiency with Microsoft Office

The expected payment range will be 68,700 dollars to $ 85,000 annually. The wage is suitable for experience. Geographical teams may apply on the payment scale. The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the published range.
