What will you do?

Docusign is looking for an emotional and experienced engineering director to lead a team of automated learning engineers in building modern AI/ML solutions. You will direct your team through all aspects of the lifebare of artificial intelligence feature/ML, take advantage of the experience in NLP and understand the documents. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of automatic learning models at the production level that provides more auto and automatic customer experiences through the Docusign Agreement platform.

This position is the role of the People’s Director to report the director of Docusign.

• Leading and teacher of a team of automated learning engineers in the development of models, publishing, testing, evaluating the methods and techniques of the current and youthful learning that can be applied effectively to the contract field
• Directing the team in the application of the latest structure and technologies to build IP Docusign and solve complex NLP challenges including, but not limited to, generating acting, understanding text, semantic retrieval, contextual extraction, and summary
• Enhancing a deep understanding within the team of technologies, methods and architecture within the development of succulent products
• Defining, improving and assisting the team through the current model training, evaluating it, online inference, creating online standards, designing user notes mechanisms for artificial intelligence features/Melna
• Cooperation closely with engineering partners to spread models in production, build artificial intelligence systems, monitor and improve performance standards
• Work closely with the product management to translate the user’s scenarios and product requirements into designs and plans for a strong machine learning solutions and blind customers

Job assigning

Al -Hijina: The employee divides their time between working in the office and distant work. Access to the office site is required. (Frequency: No less than two days a week; it may differ according to the team, but it will be a weekly expectation in the office)

What you are attending

essential
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, physics, statistics, standard economy, operations research, applied mathematics or equal mathematical field
• At least 6-8 years of related professional experience with a bachelor’s degree; 5-7 years with a master’s degree. Or more than 5 years with a doctorate, or an equivalent mix of education and experience
• Experience in machinery and management engineering teams
• Experience in research, development, control and publishing large language models (for example, GPT, Llama, etc.) in production environments
Understanding LLM structures, distinctive symbol, attention mechanisms, instant engineering, and transportation learning
• IFAT with standard operations to improve LLM performance, efficiency, safety and alignment

He prefers
• Experience in developing and publishing examples of documents on a large scale in production showed
• Experience with pre -training and/or their polishing to supervise the models based on transformers using large -scale data sets
• Experience in the latest NLP technology including LLMS and language representation
• Experience in text extraction techniques, especially using OCR and direct extract from Docx, photos, and PDFS
• Strong desire to remain ahead of industry trends and technologies while committing to continuous learning
• Extensive experience in collecting and cleaning data, taking samples and processing large or non -organized data groups
