Customer solution engineer in Kapa.ai
Kapa makes technical knowledge available immediately through artificial intelligence assistants. As customer solution engineer, you will work closely with more than 200 customers to help them publish and manage artificial intelligence assistants facing employees. In this role, it will:
- Work directly with the founding team to have a support engineering strategy
- Own the support list and be the first point of communication for customers who communicate
- Cooperation with engineering on error reforms, escalation and correction
- Partner with the market to the market on the technical parts of ONBOarding
- Drafting documents and supporting content to help customers better (using kapa.ai))
- From time to time, he participated with the CEO of Account early in the sales course that works as a sales engineer
You may be appropriate if you have*:
- Love to help customers become successful
- Practical technical skills including API integration, correction of customer applications, and text programming to solve customer problems
- Llms, brush and functioning (you must definitely love to tamper!)
- The ability to work effectively in fasting in an environment where things are sometimes defined loosely
