We look forward to appointing two research aides to join the Wellcome Trust research program in Professor David Strot, to conduct experiments to understand the molecular basis for the formation of flat polar protein complexes. Applicants must have a strong background in the cell and/or developmental biology and relevant laboratories.

Post -throat owners will conduct experiments to analyze a compound of a flat polar pathogenic function in the fruit fly using the cell culture and in flying tissues. The work in the first place will include molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics and microscopy (a foci, FRAP and FRET-FLIM).

Applicants must have the BSC or MSC (or equivalent experience) experience and experience related to cell biology and/or growth along with experience in using tissue culture to conduct cell biological experiments. It is also necessary to try molecular biology in molecular cloning to generate new structures.
