The Information Technology College (CIT) is looking to employ a faculty member in computer science with a focus on data science and AI to build on the strength of its current research programs to create new multidisciplinary initiatives and research partnerships, via the campus and abroad, which is necessary for its stability and long -term growth.

About the situation: We are looking for faculty candidates who have strong research records in all areas of artificial intelligence and data science, with a special focus on theoretical institutions and data science applications, AI/ML/Computer Vision in a wide range of fields including smart health systems, health information, cloud computing, business intelligence, agriculture, and decision support systems. Successful candidates are expected to complete and enhance current research in the college and contribute to teaching each of the university studies and graduate studies through programs.

Candidate qualifications: Candidates must obtain a PhD degree in computer science, information science or related areas closely from a recognized university.

Favorite qualifications include:

• A record created from the research publications specified in internationally recognized magazines and conferences.
• I showed experience in writing and securing grants and contracts.
• Evidence of excellence in teaching and supervising students at university levels and graduate studies.
• The ability to work cooperatively with faculty members through multiple departments and programs.
