The primary purpose of organizational unity

There is athletics department to provide educational and sports opportunities for youth and women, to provide an environment for sports students to learn, progress and excel both academic and sports, and to serve the interests of the university by completing and enhancing their diversity and type in life. Through its sports programs, the university seeks to unify the graduates, faculty, management and students in a joint joint experience. The governing unit within the Ministry of Athletics is the director of the manager, which is the administrative office and clearing the entire athletics department, and enhances the guidance principle of the ministry represented in education and inspiration through athletics. This unit provides support for officials, trainers, employees and sports students in order to provide and strengthen a sports program among colleges for the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. The athletics department is a very clear public relations arm of North Carolina University in Chapel Heil, with state, national and international recognition.

Summary of the situation

Providing support for human resources for sports programs for athletics and support units including assistance in managing parking, employment, performance management, mobility, compensation management, and assisting salary statements.

The minimum education and expertise requirements

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of training and experience. All grades of adopted institutions should be received appropriately.

Required qualifications, competencies and experience

It is necessary that human resources or previous administrative experience, excellent personality skills and communications are successful in this position. Excellent written skills are required and strong attention to detail.

Previous experience of human resources in UNCAnother university, or athletics environment.
