As our product manager, the driving force will be behind our product strategy, as it works at the intersection of customer needs, market trends and engineering capabilities. You will have the opportunity to deeply understand our users, determine the main growth cranes, and direct the development of features that create an exceptional value.

What will you do:

Deep diving in markets and products: Conducting a comprehensive analysis of our current product group and competitive landscapes, and identifying differentiation and expansion opportunities.
Determining strategic priorities: Leading engineering resource priorities, making sure that we focus on initiatives that provide the most important impact on our business and users.
Revealing visions of use: Product use data analysis to understand the user’s behavior, determine friction points, and discover ways to enhance the experience of both the agents of the Foundation and our expert network.
Customer Notes Champion: Cooperation closely with our customer success team to collect and synthesize the priorities of the user’s notes, and to ensure that they are mediated directly.

Dynamic Road Map: Create a clear road map for the product in an environment in which priorities may turn to meet the requirements of the agenda and market opportunities.
Pay the success of customers and keep it: Working closely with customer success to analyze our high -value customers’ use, guarantee positive experiences, reduce cut rates, and increase renewal rates.

Who are you:

• You have a powerful background in the product management, with the ability to analyze the competing markets and landscapes.
• You are adept at translating user notes, use data into product requirements and strategic initiatives.
• You have a deep understanding of the user’s behavior analysis and are skilled in using data to inform the product development.
• You have experience in tools to track use, cooperation with engineering and marketing on A/B testing strategies.
• You are comfortable in setting priorities and managing a road map for the product in a fast -paced environment with advanced priority.
• You have practical experience with data analysis tools such as Bigquness, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• You understand the B2B Saas model, especially in selling to institutional customers, and the importance of customer success to keep it.
• You are connected and an excellent collaborator, able to influence stakeholders across various teams.
• You are a strategic thinker with a mentality centered on the user, driven by the desire to create exceptional products experiences.
