We are looking for a strange, ambitional specialist based on a large generation in the field of marketing and bullets by feeding the growth engine in Arcora and the formation of strategies, stories and campaigns that bring new customers to our door.
As a great specialist for the main marketing and generation in Arcora, the driving force will be behind the campaigns that make people stop and say, “tell me more.” The charge will lead to awareness, participation and transformation-manufacturing full bold marketing strategies that connect the right people in time.
This role mixes the strategy with practical implementation. From building foundational processes and data practices needed by marketing, to the formulation of content and the analysis of campaigns performance, you will play a major role in helping Arcora to expand its access and amplify our mission in the Canadian market. - The basic process and the construction of the foundation: Partner with Vice President, Marketing, Communications and Vice President, sales to place the basics in place. Determine how to pick up marketing and use data, create operations that the team can rely on and build a foundation that gives Arcora to both lead and continuous learning generation.
- Driving and generating request: Planning and launching multi -channel campaigns (e -mail, social media, paid ads, seminars, events, etc.) to push the growth of pipelines and increase marketing revenues.
- Content and messages: Write an attractive content that is moved by the character, which talks about the unique needs of our targeted fans and adaptable to multiple formats (email, social media, blogs, stadium floors, etc.).
- Campaign Strategy: I own the entire campaign life cycle – of creative creativity through implementation and improvement – major customers consume convincing offers and correspondence.
- Performance Marketing: Paid digital channels – including paid research and social media – and cooperation in organic efforts to ensure that our correspondence is beaten. Use the test and learning mentality to track performance, improve campaigns and push continuous improvement.
- Analysis and reporting: Track the campaign’s performance with the main main performance indicators (MQLS, SQOS, Cac, ROI), using platforms like GA4, PIPEDrive and Automation Tools.
- cooperation: A partner closely with sales, products and operations to align marketing efforts with work objectives, constantly improve correspondence and target.
- Experience: Explore new channels and tactics to cancel developmental growth opportunities.
- You can create a strong marketing basis with clear operations and reliable data that the team can build on

- 5-7 years of practical experience at B2B Marketing-Bonus Points if you have achieved limited budget results using creative strategies
- The success of building and operating the application of the demand and pioneering care programs has been proven through a group of channels and digital events
- Experience in improving search engines, digital advertising and content marketing – you know what resonates and how to get it in front of the right people
- Infintering with tools like PIPEDrive, Hubspot and Google Analytics (or similar platforms) – and curiosity to continue
- Data confidence – you know how to discover what works, what needs to be changed, switched and how to improve to influence
- Multiple cooperation-I have worked closely with sales teams, products and services, and knowing how everyone keeps alignment and excitement
- A sharp pen (or a keyboard) and a talent for converting ideas into creative campaigns that get results
- A diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business or relevant field is one of the assets
