Church Church Church New Market is currently seeking a part -time priest. Our job description and beliefs below:

The priest is called by God and the new Christian Church (NMCC) to lead the group to fulfill its mission: “Service of God, the love of people, the formation of disciples.”

The priest must be:
* Followers of Jesus Christ, depth
* Enthusiastic about the Ministry of Local Church
* Interesting in caring for his spiritual life through spiritual disciplines such as prayer, studying the Bible, meditation, etc.
* Student and teacher of the word of God
* The individual who designs a healthy balance in work, family life and renewal
* Preparing for others for the Ministry
* The eligibility for sectarian accreditation papers are preferred

The priest is first responsible for everything to Jesus Christ. The priest reports to the council and will be evaluated annually at least by the Church Council. The priest is a former member of all the committees of the Ministry and the Board of Directors.

Spiritual vitality: The main role of the priest is spiritual leadership and this role will work in multiple ways:
* Enhancing a healthy spiritual environment in the church that facilitates the spiritual growth of individuals and the group
* Modeling a vibrant, growing and fruitful relationship with God
* Monitoring the spiritual state of the group, responding to needs and opportunities with teaching, ministries and initiatives
* Providing pastoral care for all individuals and families within the church
* Maintaining the highest level of integrity, and always respects secrecy
* Providing a counselor and spiritual support as needed

Teaching: The priest will teach the word of God clearly, passionately and important, and will seek to ensure the teaching of the effective Bible at every level in the church. This includes:
* Teaching in worship 45-48 weekends annually and during private worship services, including Easter, coming and Christmas
* Work to create compact worship services, and enable worshipers to involve God through worship
* Teaching lessons as needed
* Encouraging and developing others within the church who may feel by God in a kind of service, or who have shown gifts for special service in the name of Jesus

Leadership: The Church and Church Council will work together in a fun spirit to distinguish the will of God for the direction of the Church

Other duties: The priest will be responsible for the following duties, although it is understood that some of them may be delegated to the Church members:
* The priest and the group will remain flexible in terms of expectations and availability
* Submit a weekly invitation to those looking for baptism through Christ or transferring membership
* Conducting weddings, funerals, baptism and other special services as required
* Providing pastoral care on request, including advice before marriage and before
* Conducting or supervising the ministries of the visit to patients, home, members and potential members
* Attending the monthly board meetings and submitted a report on the recent pastoral activity
* Enhancing unity in the body of Christ at the level of society by developing relationships with priests and ministries/other agencies in our local region
* Regularly engaging in continuous education to grow personally, and as a priest, adheres to NMCC lighting
