The situation that we employ at the present time is in the unity of politics, crime and markets (PCM), and the chosen candidate will submit a report to the President of Politics and Society.
The chosen candidate will develop, enhance and enhance the scientific competencies of Euda, especially with regard to the work of the politics and society sector. The job holder will coordinate the resource portfolio and tools that support the design and evaluation of the drug policy.
This goal is achieved by developing tools to help policymakers in designing, implementing and monitoring drug policies, creating protocols, standard operating and guidance procedures, as well as responding to EUDA customer requests, including policy makers.

Main duties

The successful applicant is expected to perform the following main tasks and responsibilities:

• Contribute to the goals and outputs in the field of drug policies within the framework of Euda individual programming documents.
• In the field of policy design and evaluation:
  • To coordinate the Euda Resources and tools to support the design, control and evaluation of drug policy;
  • To develop tools to support decision makers by designing and implementing drug strategies and work plans;
  • To explore and integrate innovative methods and technological solutions to support policy, monitoring and evaluation design;
  • To develop standard protocol and operating procedures to deal with requests from decision makers;
  • To provide guidance and support for policy makers and implementers with the design of drugs, monitoring and evaluation policy;
  • To contribute to the development of a policy training program, monitoring and evaluation;
  • To support the implementation of Euda procedures in the European Union strategic documents, when necessary;
  • To oversee contract management operations, including formulating specifications, negotiation and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• In the field of drug policy analysis and emerging drug policy trends:
  • To coordinate and provide data analysis in the areas of drug policies to support the analysis of reliable and timely drug policy;
  • To define innovative policy curricula and emerging drug policy trends;
  • To develop resources that clearly transfer complex policy issues to various fans, including decision makers and other stakeholders in Euda.
