We build products and programs for publishers. This position is mainly responsible for dealing with and solving support cases received for our customers, which provides direct assistance or obtaining a solution through our talented team. This is a full -time position.

Work duties include:

• Do level 1 sorting on support tickets

• Support Tickets for our online customer support portal

• Extravagance/reset issues to other team members as needed

• I work effectively with customers and other team members, including product, project management and engineering

• Helps test software updates

• Attending the SCRUM team and assisting the enemy’s priorities

• Correction of the technical correction of the product or the problems of the site that the customers reported

Qualifications:

• Classified and pronounced communication skills are excellent

• Experience appears in customer service and support roles

• Technical knowledge to correct basic errors and explore and repair errors

• Experience showed using artificial intelligence

• Availability in the central or eastern time areas

It is very preferable:

• The content management system experience, including working with web sites, exploring and repairing errors

• Experience in SDLC Agile

• Experience using SQL to inquire and analyze data

• Knowing the website performance indicators, Google analyzes, and advertising systems
