Basic responsibilities
• Determines the range of the project, goals, summaries, success standards, match men and standing to align multifunctional teams
• Maintains the documents of the source of truth (summaries, production plans, RACI) and adopting detailed production calendars and operating plans
• Permanent monuments, interconnection, and approvals to lead delivery on time, anticipate risks, remove blockers, and determine priorities according to the needs.
• It cooperates with talents on the camera to form offers, raise performance, and expand their voice through platforms
• Writes and produces sectors, treatments and formats for the first YouTube fans, and directing the visual approach and narration to achieve the maximum impact
• It monitors analyzes, trends and public comments to improve the creative strategy and increase access and participation
• As an essential creative and productive partner for executives, hosts and shareholders, and clearly continues expectations and final dates
• Resources and managing sellers, studios, offers, independent resources, post -production resources, travel, permits, and asset tracking
• It performs the day of implementation in the studio and the field, exploring and reforming errors in the actual time while supporting safety and quality standards
• The post -production pipeline, rhythm review management, QC, version, illustrations/descriptive data, and archiving
• YouTube final content tent, social media, podcasts, OTT, and improving packaging and delivery to each of them

Experience and requirements
• Strong production management through pre -production, scabing, balanced and studio/studio coordination
• Clear and professional communication, written and verbal either
• The first team, the cooperative approach to projects
• The sharp editorial ruling and the sense of the story
• It understands the correspondence of the conservative and sewing masses appropriately
