Participating Art Adviser (New Business Sales), Turnart, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Details of the situation:

This is a vocational training role, which works directly with a teacher art advisor dedicated in Boston.
The situation includes periodic travel to Boston and other markets throughout the country for training, customer work and project support.
All Turnart offices are working on a hybrid schedule: The team members in the office work from Tuesday to Thursday, with the flexibility of work on Monday and Friday.

Role

The role of this assistant technical advisor is designed as a professional discourse for a future profession in technical consultations and sales. In this role, it will work closely with an experienced technical advisor, and support them during the entire sales and purchase course, from developing research and proposing to customer contacts and coordinating the project, while learning best advisory sales practices. You will also take an initiative in the efforts to build local relationships, such as identifying opportunities, attending site visits, communication events and installations, to develop your presence in the market and progress towards the status of an art advisor. It is expected that the date of the start of this position between October 2025 and January 2026, with a greater possibility in January 2026: exceptions will be made for the appropriate candidate.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Shadow and support for customer meetings to learn full sales sales and project course
  • Helping to create suggestions, developing budget, supporting coordination, preparing work orders and installing evidence
  • Research and maintaining the market intelligence on the targeted accounts and the upcoming opportunities to share the customer’s potential account and the customer account
  • Attending visits of the potential customer site and active customer installation
  • Determining and attending local network events in a proactive way and creating business development opportunities
  • Coordination and tracking the relationship points of the relationship after installation to support and expand the customer’s retention
  • Maintaining accurate records of emotional strings, opportunities and customer activity through CRM databases
  • Contributing to the team’s resource library to support better in the material proposal, coordination tools and seller information
  • Support initiatives, sales objectives and private projects through the new business team

Qualifications

  • Educational background or early professional experience in sales
  • Educational background or early professional experience in art and preferred design
  • Very organized and brief details with strong follow -up
  • Excellent learner with excellent communication skills
  • Solving to participate with customers personally and represent the brand professionally
  • The beginning of the self and the ability to work independently and inside a team showed
  • The ability to manage multiple projects has proven with a clear attention to the details
  • Hamas to work in a fast -paced environment, sophisticated regularly,
  • Bachelor’s degree/Bachelor’s degree
