About the role

This role provides the basic administrative support for the cancer institute in the college, ensuring effective daily operation of the main operations. By working closely with and directing the operations official, the postal holder will be responsible for the practical implementation of the administrative tasks related to financing and human resources, which directly contributes to the smooth performance of schools/ institutes. One of the main aspects of this role is to work cooperatively with colleagues throughout the faculty and central teams to ensure the provision of smooth administrative support.

About you

The basic requirements for this post include great administrative experience, including account management as well as the ability to prioritize the diverse work burden and meet the final dates. The ability to communicate well, work within the team and maintain good attention to the details is also necessary. The previous experience in the research/clinical experience will be an advantage.

About the school/department/institute/project

The school is located within the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, which consists of six institutes that provide research and education activity in the college. The teaching staff has a wide range of major interactions with partner organizations, including with partners abroad, other government departments, research, education networks, financiers and organizers. The role sits in the functional family for professional services, and the role holder is expected to be an active part of the university’s support staff family, where he works with academic colleagues through a wide range of responsibilities to help provide her academic mission.
