Birmingham University College calls for pivotal academic leadership requests at the newly established center for innovation and educational progress (Clipa). This is a unique opportunity to join an increased position at the beginning of his journey, which leads to a change in a step in teaching, academic recognition, and educational innovation.

As a great lecturer in HE learning and teaching, you will be essential in providing UCB ambitions to experience distinguished students and academic development. Our Fellowship Fellowship Plan, developing academic reinforcement strategies, hero scholarships, joint production and comprehensive practice through disciplines. It will also contribute to guidance, sector participation, and national educational business schedules.

You will work closely with our established academic development team, deputy deans throughout the university, and newly appointed leaders at the College of Health, Life Sciences and Education-by reducing your impact through very very cooperative structures.

About you

We are looking for someone:

• Supreme Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA)
• A strong record of learning, teaching promotion and educational leadership
• Experience in the learning and teaching grant (SOTL)
• The experience of managing the approved plans from Hea and Academic Guidance
• A deep understanding of educational challenges and innovation at the sector level
