About the role

We seek to appoint systems and coordinators to join the Housing Services Department to contribute to the daily operations of all housing and systems programs that allow the allocation and management of about 5,000 spaces.

It will assist the director of administrative information systems and technology, housing systems and management employee in the daily management of all regulations related to student residence. This will include the Star-IZ database, the Internet store, the interaction with UNIT 4, Oracle Center Database, web content manager and other university systems. By working as part of a team, you will provide accurate and accurate information, advice and advice for students, managers and employees at all levels on a specific set of services, procedures or policies.

Your main focus will be the management of the rental deduction process, the management of student fees as well as housing waiting lists. It will also ensure that the social media content will be updated.

Information for training and counseling for summer assistants and communication regularly with service users and operational teams will be produced with regard to informatives and requests.

About you

Ideally, you will have previous experience in social media applications including Canva Suite, Instagram and Discord. You will have distinguished skills in personal and administrative relationships as well as the specialized information technology skills to effectively manage your work burden, especially on MS Suite. You will have confidence in working with internal and external partners on a regular basis. You will take the ownership of requests for service and inquiries that the systems team receives. You will be proactive in supporting the broader team and suggests improvements when and more.
