Olbright College, a vibrant and growing institution, seeks to obtain a dynamic and pioneer coach to lead men for men for men.

This is an exciting opportunity to build a program from A to Z, which creates a basis that grows into a competitive power within the NCAA Division III Athletics. Men’s ice hockey coach will be responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of the program, including employing sports students, creating training plans, and overseeing daily operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Program development: Establishing and developing the Ice Hockey program at the Ulbright College. Building a competitive team can ultimately meet NCAA Division III standards in terms of performance and sporting spirit.
• employment: Determining and recruiting talented athletes for men’s hockey program. Developing and implementing the strategic employment plan to attract high -caliber athletes to the Ulbright College.
• Training and training: Design and implement effective training programs that emphasize technology, air conditioning and personal development. Providing practical training during training, competitions, and other team events.
• Team Building: Cultivation of a positive and comprehensive team culture that enhances the sports development of students inside and outside the ice. Encourage leadership, discipline and sportsmanship.
• Establishment Management: Work with our circuit to ensure a healthy relationship.
• compliance: Ensuring compliance with NCAA Division III standards, as well as institutional policies and regulations related to the eligibility of sports students, employment and scholarships.
• Program management: Supervising the daily operations of the ICE Hockey program, including budget management, schedule and professional development, trained trained, donation and coordination with the employees of the Sports and Management Department.
• Community participation: The hockey program is within the Ulbright College community and the broader athletics community, which strengthens the team, employment efforts, and donation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Prefer a Bachelor’s degree
• Experience installed in training and/or competition at the university level, preferably in the ice hockey game.
• A strong employment experience and the ability to build a team and a program from A to Z.
• Knowing the rules and regulations NCAA Division III.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide sports students.
• Excellent, organizational and personal communication skills.
