We are looking for an experienced and dynamic information and communications professional, which will provide strategic guidance and lead a diverse team of information technology that provides services in developing, maintaining and security of EDA’s communications, platforms and platforms. Submit reports to the Director of Corporate Services, the head of the Information Technology Unit will have the following main tasks and fields of responsibility:

Strategic information technology advice

• Support the agency’s mission by proposing priorities in partnership with senior and medium management and savings
  Expert instructions in compliance with EDA needs for companies and business;
• Developing and enhancing the latest policies, procedures and operations in line with work needs;
• Acting IT and Communications Technology Operations Management and Related Skin Vehicles, including EDA products and platforms;
• Create a performance of information and communications technology systems/systems to determine the costs of operation and budgets, productivity levels and promotion requirements, and the standard, analyze, and provide them, and provide recommendations and plans to improve information and communication technology/technology systems/systems.

Management and control

• Providing leadership and guidance for the IT team, developing a strategy and focusing on creating value -added business outputs while ensuring compliance with the organizational framework;
• Managing the work burden and human resources allocated to the legal unit, including the development of competencies and skills, and the evaluation of performance;
• The team leadership enhances the cohesion of the team and the constant motivation;
• Preparing and managing information and communication technology budgets, information and communication technology purchase plan, delivery plans, including information and communication technology governance;
• Ensure information and flexibility guarantee, including information and communications technology management of the agency -classified networks;
• Take additional tasks as required in the service interest.

Duties may develop according to the development of EDA structure and activities, and EDA management decisions.
