Summary of the situation

We are looking for a reliable and detailed data entry specialist to support our farm and cream operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate digital records of production, sales and stock, which helps us ensure compliance, efficiency and transparency. The ideal filter is very organized, careful and motivated to support a small company dedicated to sustainability, quality and local food traditions.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update and maintain accurate records of agricultural production, product levels, and inventory levels.
• Record sales data from local markets, wholesale requests, and direct customers in databases or digital databases.
• Regulating documents related to compliance, safety and organizational requirements.
• Track the use of supply and update purchases for nutrition, packing and components.
• Remote cooperation with the farm management to ensure timely reporting of operational data.
• Prepare simple reports to make decisions, including production trends and sales summaries.
• Protecting sensitive farm and financial data with confidentiality.

• High school diploma or its equivalent; Additional courses in business management or agriculture are plus.
• Strong attention to details and accuracy in dealing with data.
• Efficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Leaves or similar data schedules program.
• The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet the deadlines.
• Clearly written communication skills to cooperate with a small dimension team.
• Strong organizational skills and the desire to learn new digital tools.
• A proactive mentality, with appreciation to support the family -owned business and focus on sustainability.
