Stinson LLP seeks a partner with at least five years experience to join the corporate financing department in our office in Minneapolis.

Required Qualifications: Minnesota’s active lawyer license required. The qualified candidates will have at least five years of relevant experience (as shown below), and they have excellent academic accreditation data, and they have strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership and communication skills.

Related experience includes leading projects and management with regard to (1) merging and acquisition operations, (2) Compliance of the Securities Law/Capital Markets, (3) Investment Capital, (4) private shares, (5) corporate governance. More specifically, candidates must have some experience in the following:

• Leadership or management of integration and acquisition transactions,
• Leading or managing investment capital investment transactions,
• Leading or managing investment transactions in private stock/investment in the field of investment,
• Review and advise advice regarding models 10-k, 10-q and 8-k, in addition to the phrases of the agent,
• Provide advice on corporate governances,
• Leadership or management of public offers and/or private for stock papers and securities.

Our lawyer compensation structure contains two components: (1) a basic salary and (2) a feasible feedback reluctance. The salary range for this role is 215,000-235,000 dollars. The salary scope for this position depends on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications and location. The range is provided as a preliminary approximation at the time of publication and may vary based on the unique qualifications of the individual and experience.
