Co -researcher – Artist in Residence (Polart) at the University of Glasgow
This post is part -time (4 hours a week) and the fixed duration for up to 42 months.
This role provides a great opportunity to contribute to the Consolidator project of the European Research Council (ERC) “Art and Politics in Global Contemporary: Study the role of arts in public policy production” (Polart) (2024-2029). You will be a member of the project team that will study the relationship between art and politics through dual focus: on the one hand, and it is an investigation of how the arts undertakes the general policy of guidance and reform, and on the other, how can the issues of politics change contemporary artistic arton and forms of participation.
This successful position provides an opportunity to form this new multidisciplinary field, taking advantage of the widely available job development opportunities through the Department of Urban Studies recognized globally and social policy at the University of Glasgow.
It includes the role of contributing to the design, delivery and analysis of experimental work in the project, as well as in writing and presenting research publications. The pregnant woman is also expected to participate in politics and public participation.
