About the role:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Amnesty International Engineer with experience in artificial intelligence and natural language processing (NLP) to join Genai Agile. In this role, you will design, develop and implement the advanced Amnesty International solutions that enhance our eggplant testing tool, helping companies revolutionize their software testing operations.

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team – including product managers, front and rear engineers and quality guarantee professionals – to integrate AI features that are in line with the ambitious product road map.

Main responsibilities:
• Design large language models (LLMS) and artificial intelligence systems to meet work needs in the real world, such as text generation automation, gherkin scenarios, and test situations.
• Evaluation and comparison of NLP technologies and obstetric intelligence platforms through qualitative and strict level.
• Constant monitoring of the typical performance, implementing re -training and improvements to ensure accuracy, durability and expansion.
• Stay at the forefront of artificial intelligence, and apply research visions to develop innovative solutions.
• Development of AI/ML solution design documents in compliance with detailed requirements in Jira tickets.
• Maintaining clear documents that can be accessed from models, experiments and processes to enhance knowledge and cooperation.
Providing guidance for peers and junior team members, which enhances their growth in artificial intelligence experience/ml.

Qualifications

What you will bring:
• Education: Master, PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or Related Field.
Experience: Several years of industrial experience installed in AI/ML engineering or databases, with a strong focus on the models of obstetric intelligence.
Technical skills:
• Practical experience with LLMS and intriguing artificial intelligence methodologies, such as RAG, DBS DBS, implications, precise control, and rapid control.
Bethon’s efficiency, deep learning frameworks (for example, tensorflow, Pytorch), and NLP libraries (for example, Hugging Face, Space).
• IFAT with Devsecops tools such as Gitlab and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with test automation tools is plus.
