A great educational colleague in the University of Lancaster
The International Affairs School at Lancaster follows a bold and distinctive approach to the place to address complex and multi -dimensional problems facing humanity. The International Affairs School was established in 2025, and it is home to a vibrant community of graduates, university students and pioneering academics in the world. Working with stakeholders and external partners is at the heart of what the school does. From the civil organization to government agencies, our work with our partners informs teaching and research. This places professionalism, career preparation and advanced research in the center of all school activities.
School seeks A great educational colleague in politics, With the experience in British policy, efficiency in politics and the rule of immigration, to join our team for the 25/26 academic year. This is a fixed post for nine months at 0.75 FTE, to start on October 1, 2025.
About you
We are looking for a colleague:
- Complete or close to completing a doctorate in politics;
- It has experience in teaching at the level of university and/or academic level;
- The ability to distinguish in teaching, research and/or participation shows;
- She has experience in British policy, with efficiency in immigration governance policy.
The appointed colleague will join the disciplinary group of politics within the College of World Affairs, where they will obtain a supportive professional condemnation and an opportunity to participate in a vibrant academic society.
