Details of the situation:

Lead Full Stack Engineer is a full -experienced, with high experience and leads products to develop the software platform that provides evidence -based tools for scientific discovery and better health results. The application is written in React, React Native, Python, and benefits from postgres, and it is hosted on AWS. Architecture is strongly tended towards its customers on the Internet and mobile and will be well aware of these technologies and ecosystems.

Submit reports to the engineering director, and this is the full -time center, exempt. It is expected that the candidates inside the mobility distance at the site will work at least 4 days a week. For candidates outside the scope of mobility, work can be considered remotely.

you will:

  • Architectural engineer, implementation and improvement of features through the front and rear interface systems within MindLogger, the CMI software platform that provides evidence -based tools for scientific discovery and better health results
  • Work closely with the product, design and engineering manager to improve features, appreciate voltage and evaluate feasibility.
  • Developing and implementing the technical strategy of the product
  • Suggest and implement best development practices
  • Generating ideas to push technical improvements and push them to the application
  • The teacher of other engineers
  • Conduct technical interviews for engineering candidates
  • Participated in the graceful style ceremony – standing, planning, improvements and retrospective effect

You have:

  • 10 years of experience in developing web and/or mobile applications with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • 3 years experience in three relevant field areas in the specific technologies that we use; With reasonable alternatives (such as Ruby/Node for Python and Django/Express/Rails for Fastapi, etc.)
    • Front interface / Typescript and React Native

  • Efficiency in work in Linux environments

Payment

Deta compensation: 147,457.10 dollars – 164,918.70 dollars

NYC Metro: 155,218 dollars – 194,022 dollars

The salary scope is spread to this position. Factors such as the practical experience of the candidate, education/training, jobs related to jobs, internal equality rights of peers, as well as market considerations and business on the salary provided in this range. In addition, this salary may be subject to a geographical amendment (according to a specific city and country and depending on the role), if permission is granted to work outside the site included in this post.
