We are looking for User research trainee To join our team! In this role, it will contribute to helping the team to manage research studies and analyze data to form meaningful experiences for our players. You will also have an exciting opportunity to receive counseling from experienced user research team.

In this role, you can expect to participate in:

• Help in collecting data through interviews, usage studies, or survey analysis
• Monitor the participants and record notes during the sessions
• Video coding and interviews for analysis
• Get an insight into what motivates players to play games
• Help in preparing and preparing research studies
• Support with participants in the employment of research studies
• Learn about the new research methodologies, both quantity and quality
• Developing a basic understanding of game user research
• Learn about the process of developing the game and how the user’s research is supported
• Developing strong relationships with the research team
• Cooperation with the research team to contribute to research efforts

What you will bring to the team:

• Follow -up of a master’s degree or doctorate in a related field such as psychology, interaction between human and computer, knowledge sciences, human factors, or similar programs.
• Knowing the methods of user’s research and qualitative analysis
• Efficiency in user research methods and data analysis such as descriptive statistics
• Knowledge using Excel or similar tools to generate quantitative results
• The ability to switch between multiple projects
• Strong communication skills

• Understanding Earth theory
• Gaming
• Comfort with speaking to the audience/presenting the small fans
• Display design skills

The aforementioned typical recruitment range for the candidates in Vancouver. The salary will be determined based on your knowledge, skills and competencies, and you will have a room for growth after joining!
