Professor – cellular agriculture Tatst University
Tuffs University invites applicants to the positions of the attribute path in the assistant, assistant, or full level of a professor as part of a focused effort to increase the promotion of major research areas in cellular agriculture, including cultivated meat, alternative proteins, vegetable systems and biotechnology methods related to next generation food. Candidates will be considered at all ranks. The expected start date is January 2026 or newer. Pirates will add to the university levels to future foods, especially the Tufts University Center for Cellular Agriculture (TUCCA). The strengths in areas such as: sources of new cells from the cell culture of the non -typical systems, the differentiation of the specified cells from the animal stem cells, the common cultures of the microbial cells of cells to improve growth and nutritional content, and the genetic stability of animal cells related to appearance, sensory and chemical analyzes of cultivated diets, cells growth and development Tissue. In addition, we encourage applicants in the areas of consumer analysis, environmental sustainability, economic analysis, nutrition, sensory analysis, mathematical curricula, and related areas associated with future foods. Qualifications
Candidates should have a doctoral degree in the field of future foods or discipline. Successful candidates are expected to develop and maintain an active and very clear research program and show excellence in teaching, including basic research materials, and in directing university students and graduate studies. We are looking for individuals who embrace job opportunities cooperatively between departments and schools to continue to build a leading program in future foods throughout the university.
