De Shaw is looking for a pragmatic technical producer director directed towards engineering to join the Descovery Team project. The Descovery team delegates, research, and builds innovative technology, with the increasing focus on taking advantage of artificial intelligence to face business challenges in the real world. This practical role and high conductor provides the opportunity to convert work needs into preliminary models, internal tools and light products that provide an immediate impact in an attractive and attractive cooperative work environment.

What you will do daily:

• A partner with the interior translates business pain points into implementable technical solution paths.
• Initial model solutions using tools and technologies such as Openai Apis, Langchain, Llama Index, Vector DBS and coordination frameworks.
• Develop a simple and easy -to -use front facade to show the validity of the product.
• Cooperation with engineers and external sellers to develop the initial models to a strong MVPS is ready for broader dependence.

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, as well as an impressive record for academic and vocational achievement.
• From three to six years of relevant experience, including at least two years on developing technological products as well as development teams and workflow products for at least one year that supports business and operations.
• Excellent intuition for the LLMS application creatively and modern AI tools to solve work problems, with comfort using ready -made ingredients, open source tools, application programming interface, and an engine to keep pace with emerging AI/ML technologies.
• The ability to translate mysterious or high -level claims to specific plans and work solutions with minimal control; Shipping or working closely with developers in high confidence environments is necessary.
• Experience in startups, internal tools, or R&D or Skungworks, similar to the difference is plus; Individuals who have benefited from LLMS to build features, tools or products independently, flourish in zero to one contexts (MVPS, startups in the early stage), and enjoy the disposal as a translator between companies and technical teams will excel in this role.
• The expected annual basic salary for this position is $ 185,000 to $ 230,000.
