Basic duties and responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Providing legal support and lawyers in all matters related to contracting with suppliers by maintaining a deep understanding of the company, providing advice to customers on legal risks, and helping to develop creative solutions as a team member, and not only as a legal advisor
• Review, red line and negotiation on a large group of suppliers contracts, including major service agreements, purchasing agreements, work data, consulting agreements, SAAS, software licensing, and other agreements related to information technology, in addition to other various services agreements
• Facilitate the coordination of inputs from various material experts, including risk management, privacy and information technology related to negotiations on purchasing contracts
• Ensuring the terms of the contract and the provisions that are compatible with the work needs, the main conditions of work for it
• Providing valuable advice and lawyers in the context of the broader goals and institution
• Independent management and setting the priorities of competing business flows to achieve deliberate, successful and timely results
• Improving continuously contracts, including creating and/or improving tool groups, playing writings and templates in addition to assessing and implementing contract automation techniques in order to improve the efficiency

Qualifications and requirements:

• At least five years of commercial contracting experience in the role of the lawyer; I prefer the inner experience, but not required
• A certificate in the law from the Faculty of Law approved by ABA and the acceptance of the state tape in a good position

• A busy record of working with various groups and clients to achieve the desired result
